All the code in here is in varying states of disrepair. Some
of it can be made to work, some of it may be inspiring for
further work, some is just plain of historical interest --
I can't bring myself to delete it, or I think I might work 
on it again if the inbox of life gets slightly smaller 
someday.

No warranties, no implication that anything works, little
documentation. Sorry.
